Booking Terms
These terms apply to every session booked through this website. Booking a session and paying the deposit means you agree to them.
Deposit
A $50 deposit is required to reserve an individual property booking. The deposit is applied toward your total and confirms your booking once payment is verified. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session (cash, card, or Zelle).
Property size
Each service covers a property up to 3,000 sq ft. Larger properties incur an additional fee, quoted before booking.
Multi-property plans
Plans are paid in full at purchase and credit your account with 3, 5, or 10 properties. Credits must be used within 60 days of purchase and do not roll over. A 3D tour can be added to any plan-booked property for an additional $170. A cancellation inside the 24-hour window may not return the credit to your balance.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Requests inside the 24-hour window are handled case by case — contact us directly.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the deposit.
Weather & access
If weather or property access prevents the session from happening, contact us directly to reschedule at no additional charge.
Service area
Standard pricing covers Houston and the greater Houston metro area. Properties outside that area may incur a travel fee, quoted before booking.
Delivered media & usage rights
Once paid in full, delivered photos, video, and 3D tours may be used by the client for marketing the specific listed property (MLS, social media, print, the property's own listing site). ROUNDTABLE MEDIA LLC retains the right to use delivered work in its own portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
