Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is collected when you book a session with ROUNDTABLE MEDIA LLC, and how it's used.
What we collect
When you book a shoot, we collect your name, email, phone number, property address, property type and size, and any notes you provide. We do not collect or store payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.
How it's used
Your information is used to schedule and deliver your session, send booking and payment confirmations, and communicate about your project. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and a hosted Postgres database (via Supabase) to store booking records. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Data retention
Booking records are retained for accounting and project-history purposes. Contact us if you'd like your information removed.
